TERMS AND SERVICE FOR CLIENT

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of massage service ("Service") by MTM- MASSAGE THERAPY MOBILE LTD company number   15602077"we," "us," or "our") to client ("Client"). By booking or receiving Massage Service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Scope of Services:

1.1. We offer massages therapy service, including but not limited such as MTM PREMIUM MASSAGE.

1.2. Our Services are provided by licensed and certified professional massage therapists who adhere to professional standards and guidelines.

    2.Client Responsibilities:

2.1. Client must provide accurate and complete information about their health history, medical conditions, and any contraindications that may restrict them from receiving a massage service.

2.2. Client agree to notify us promptly of any changes or cancellations.

     3.Massage Consent:

3.1. By booking an appointment you consent to receive our service.

3.2. Client have the right to refuse or discontinue any massage service at any time and should communicate any discomfort or concerns to the massage therapist.

     4.Health and Safety:

4.1. Client understand that massage service is not a substitute for medical care and should consult a healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

4.2. Client agree to disclose any injuries, allergies, or medical conditions that may affect their suitability for our service.

    5.Payment and Fees:

5.1. Payment for Massage Service is due at the time of booking

. 5.2. We accept cash, credit/debit cards.

     6.Cancellation and Rescheduling:

6.1. Client may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

6.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

    7.Confidentiality and Privacy:

7.1. We respect client privacy and confidentiality and will not disclose personal or health related information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7.2. Client records and personal information are stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel for legitimate purposes.

    8.Feedback and Concerns:

8.1. Client are encouraged to provide feedback to help us improve our Massage Service.

8.2. Any concerns or issues regarding the massage service should be addressed promptly with the massage therapist or by contacting us.

    9 Liability and Indemnification:

9.1. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the provision of our Service.

9.2. Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their use of our Service.​

1. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on our website. Continued use of our  Massage Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
