These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of service ("Service") by MTM. By booking or scheduling a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not book.

Service

1.1. Service Provided: Professional spa massage treatment not an invitation to sexual services.

1.2. Appointments: One of our specialities can be booked via WhatsApp, subject to availability. Note that holidays or breaks will be announced on profile.

1.3. Licensing: Necessary certification, experience, skills, and  expertise to perform the service.

Client Responsibilities.

1.4. Bookings: To  book you must be at least 18 years of age.

1.5 Professional Massages: Before the service commences  please have a shower.

1.6 Breach of terms: Any breach of terms may result in an immediate and permanent ban from service without refunds.

2.1. Health Information: You must provide accurate and complete details regarding your health status, medical history, and any conditions, injuries, or allergies that may affect the service.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

3.1. Payment: Payment for the service is required upfront upon arrival in cash, bank transfer, contactless.

3.2. Cancellations: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment will incur the full service charge.

Liability and Indemnification

4.1. Limitation of Liability: We should not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the provision of the service, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, or loss of income.

4.2. Indemnification: Client agree to indemnify and hold  us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses related to the use of the service.

Confidentiality and Privacy

5.1. Confidentiality: Client confidentiality will be maintained, and personal or health-related information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.

5.2. Privacy: Privacy practices are governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Amendments

We reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on the website.

By booking a service at your home, bedroom, hotel room, or bed, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not book. Thank you.
